The Process
It all starts with a conversation. After you fill out my contact form, we'll schedule a discovery call to discuss your vision and goals, and to see if we're a good fit. If we are, I'll prepare a bespoke proposal for you.
I see every project as a close partnership where your involvement is crucial. To centralise our communication, file sharing, and feedback tracking, each client receives their own bespoke project portal in Notion. This ensures fluid communication and total transparency from start to finish.
My process is strategic, not speculative. Rather than presenting multiple options hoping one will stick, I focus all my creative energy on designing one complete and intentional concept based on our discovery and strategy phase. We then refine this single direction together through two revision rounds.
Our communication is designed to be clear, efficient, and centralised. All of our exchanges, file sharing, and feedback rounds take place in your bespoke project portal on Notion. This asynchronous method allows us to keep a record of every decision and gives you the flexibility to respond when it's most convenient for you. Of course, we schedule video calls for key milestones, like the discovery session or strategic presentations.
Investment & Timelines
Every project is unique and receives a bespoke quote. I don't offer à la carte services, but comprehensive solutions that represent a strategic investment in your business. To give you an idea, comprehensive projects (Strategy, Identity, Visual Content, Website) typically start at €12,000.
A full project, from discovery to launch, generally takes between 6 and 12 weeks. This timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the project and the speed of our feedback and approval cycles.
Yes. Payment is typically split into several instalments to spread the investment throughout the project. A 30% deposit is required to book your spot in my schedule, with the balance due before the final delivery. We can discuss a 3 or 4-part plan if needed.
Transparency is key. If a request falls outside the scope defined in our initial proposal, we'll discuss it openly. I will provide a separate quote detailing the additional cost and impact on the timeline before any extra work is undertaken.
Two rounds of revisions are included per deliverable. This ensures enough flexibility to refine while keeping the project efficient and focused. Additional revisions can be requested if needed, and are billed separately.
Deliverables
At the end of the project, you receive all finalised assets. You gain 100% ownership of the bespoke design elements created for you (logos, brand identity, website).
For all photography and visual content I produce, you receive a detailed licensing agreement that grants you clear and extensive rights for their use, as defined in our contract.
Yes. My goal is your long-term success, which is the purpose of "Phase 05: Growth" in my process. I offer ongoing partnership retainers for performance tracking, optimisation, and strategic evolutions to ensure your brand continues to grow.
After launch, I provide custom-recorded video tutorials that show you how to manage the key aspects of your site (adding a product, changing text, etc.). I also offer a live Q&A call to answer all your questions, ensuring you are completely autonomous.
You will receive a complete and organized folder with all your files in industry-standard formats. For logos and designs, this includes vector (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) and raster (.PNG, .JPG) files. For photography, you will receive high-resolution images and versions optimised for the web.
