1. Introduction

2. Services
We offer custom web design, branding, and photography services. Specific project details are outlined in individual contracts.
3. Payment
Clients agree to pay the fees specified in the contract. Payments must be made within 20 days of invoice issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Intellectual Property
MEM Studios retains ownership of all work until full payment is received. After payment, clients receive rights to use the final product as agreed.
5. Termination and Cancellation
Either party may terminate the contract in the event of a breach of terms. Pre-paid amounts may be non-refundable, depending on the project's stage.
6. Limitation of Liability
Elise Michely (MEM Studios) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law.
